The Solution

High-Efficiency Plantroom Upgrade

• Twin Boiler Configuration: Installed two commercial-grade boilers operating in cascade to maximize seasonal efficiency and provide built-in system redundancy.
• Low Loss Header Integration: Implemented a low loss header to separate the primary boiler circuit from secondary distribution loops, ensuring hydraulically balanced, constant flow rates.

Advanced Multi-Zone Space Heating

• Underfloor Heating (UFH): Deployed four independent UFH zones across high-traffic public areas, including the Entrance, Bar, Atrium, and main Clubhouse. This delivers gentle, radiant warmth and eliminates bulky radiators to maximize usable floor space.
• Radiator Circuit: Installed a dedicated, high-temperature radiator loop to provide responsive, localized climate control for subsidiary rooms and administrative offices.
• Air Handling Unit (AHU) Integration: Connected a high-output AHU to serve the glasshouse function room, combating heat loss from the extensive glazing and ensuring rapid warm-up times before events.

Commercial Plumbing & Public Services

• Hot Water Storage: Integrated high-capacity unvented cylinders to guarantee immediate, high-pressure domestic hot water delivery across the property.
• Bar & Kitchen Infrastructure: Outfitted the commercial kitchens and main bars with dedicated, high-flow hot and cold water supplies, alongside robust waste drainage networks.
• Sanitaryware Fit-Out: Completed a full mechanical installation for public toilets, premium washrooms, and member shower facilities, utilizing water-efficient fixtures designed for heavy commercial use.
