Featuring pristine pipework – mostly hidden, laser-straight alignments, neat insulation profiles, and a high-end layout, it functions as the beautifully organized brain of the entire house.
• Smart Distribution: Centralized controls and custom-mounted components turn the property’s mechanical hub into a showroom-quality feature.

Renewable Heating & Ultimate Comfort

• Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP): We installed a cutting-edge Vaillant ASHP system, calibrated to leverage the natural thermal efficiency of the property’s airtight timber frame construction.
• Everywhere Underfloor Heating (UFH): We laid a low-temperature radiant UFH network across every floor of the home for consistent, gentle warmth.
• The Ultimate Patio Upgrade: Extended the luxury outdoors by embedding a specialized UFH circuit directly beneath the external patio stone – albeit this is not an ECO feature, and is a little off the wall – but will provide warm toes on an autumn evening!
• Architectural Fireplaces: Integrated luxury secondary heating elements with bespoke fireplace installations, combining modern focal points with cozy, traditional ambiance.

Clean Air & Premium Plumbing

• Whole-House MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery): Installed an advanced MVHR system to continuously extract stale, humid air from wet areas while bringing in fresh, filtered outdoor air. The system pre-heats the incoming air using recycled energy from the exhaust air, maintaining perfect indoor air quality without dropping the home’s temperature.
• Bespoke Bathroom Fit-Out: Executed a precision first- and second-fix plumbing installation across multiple luxury bathrooms, seamlessly handling high-end wall-mounted brassware, zero-threshold wet rooms, and premium sanitaryware.
• High-Performance Domestic Plumbing: Engineered an unvented hot water distribution system to ensure every high-flow shower performance is flawless, even when running simultaneously.
